When does the customer service team start working and how are they contacted?
You can contact the customer service team through the direct support window or via e-mail.
Working hours are from Saturday to Thursday from 9 am to 10 pm. Friday from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm (Jordanian time).
Can I view my order history?
You can view your order history at any time through the website by simply following these steps
Turn on the login through the website and click on the “My Account” menu at the top of the page.
Click “Orders” on the right of the page. This way you will be able to view the order history.
Can I track my order online?
Yes, orders can be tracked online. Our shipping company will send a special tracking link once the order is ready to let you know when it will be delivered.
How long does the delivery time take when placing an order?
Your order confirmation email will tell you the expected delivery time, and the delivery company will attempt to contact you if there is not enough information available to deliver your order.
What is the method for returning products?
We are committed to providing the highest level of quality and service and are happy to refund or exchange any item that does not fit you as long as it is returned unused and in its original packaging.
This is within 30 days of receipt or delivery of the order, and within 14 days of receipt of the order with a copy of the invoice.

I received a voucher code but the code is not working, why?
Please note that when you use the discount code for the first time, it cannot be used again, so do not use it until you are sure you are ready to order and pay for the order.
Most of the reasons why discount codes do not work are: the code has expired, the code has been used for products that do not apply to the use of the discount code, or the minimum order has not been reached.
If you are experiencing other issues, please contact us using the express order form and we will be happy to show you how to redeem your discounts through the website.
How can I remove my information details from your mailing list?
We are sorry to hear that you are considering not signing up. You can log into your account on our website and follow the steps below
· Click on “My Account” at the top of the website page
Click on “Preferred contact method”
Uncheck your email and click “Save”
You will see a message saying: Subscription has been cancelled
If you want to subscribe to see our news again at any time, check the box and hit save
You may also unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the end of any email. Upon clicking, we will direct you to the opt-out page on the site and once you enter a reason for opting out and clicking “unsubscribe” will result in a cancellation and you will be able to take a new shopping trip.
Why was my order cancelled?
Your order may be canceled for several reasons, the most common of which are:
Goods are in high demand – in this case you will receive an email confirming the cancellation and what you should do next.
If you request a cancellation. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of the order.

How can I change the delivery address?

the delivery details and information will not change, because when the order is registered, we cannot change the delivery address after 3 hours have passed from the order and after the shipment has been handed over to the shipping company..
After completing the application, when will the amount be deducted from my account?
