Refund and return policy

Thank you for choosing Aiyshiy, please see our exchange and returns policy detailed below:

• 1- The customer can exchange products within a period not exceeding 72 hours from the date of receipt, provided that the original invoice is present.

• 2- The exchange process takes place in one of the following cases:

o Receiving a wrong product other than the one purchased.

o If the product is damaged.

• The product must be in its original packaging at the time of return or exchange and must be packaged in a way that ensures its safety.

• The customer can exchange or return the product only once, if the exchange and return conditions mentioned above apply.

• Aiyshiy does not offer a cash return service, as the return will be in the form of a purchase voucher worth the amount paid. .

• Aiyshiy bears the costs of reshipping the product from the customer in the event of damage or the product being wrong.

• Products can be returned or exchanged by contacting the Aiyshiy team via phone call or WhatsApp message at: 00962786645862 or by sending an email to {SUPPORT@AIYSHIY.COM}

Cases in which it is not possible to exchange or return

The customer cannot return or exchange products in the following cases:

• If the product’s packaging or specifications prevent it from being exchanged or returned because this would lead to its damage or the impossibility of returning it to its original purchase condition. And thus resell it.

• If the customer misuses the goods or destroys them.

• If there are missing components, or the product is returned without the packaging or with torn packaging. • If personal care products (soaps, creams, towels, etc.) are purchased due to the nature of their use and for health reasons.

• In the case of purchasing food products such as chocolate, cheese, etc., due to the impossibility of returning them to their original purchase condition after opening them.
